怪癖?我有么?

本来答应某个猪头不再更新内容!可是brenda是在面子大!所以上来玩玩!

让偶写五个怪癖?!偶如此善良可亲哪会有呀!所以就牵强附会了!

怪癖一:喜欢没有过去的男生!--纯洁!

怪癖二:看男生第二眼看鞋子!当然第一眼是看长的帅不!如果不帅也穿鞋!   

               直接Game over!

怪癖三:去公共的地方都觉得脏!如果非要住旅馆!一定穿衣服睡觉!

             (还是家里好!)

怪癖四:超级喜欢Micky!见了就想买!--最好是开一个店!顾客只有我自己!

           

怪癖五:看见零食就想吃!--Brenda总结!听来甚是有道理!

以上就是本人的五大怪癖!如果任何人还发现另有其他!请本着认真负责的态度

长期作战!

I was criticised by Xiaoming! He said my method was too unhealthy! I admit it! So I was ordered to use a healthy method! No butter and no fat! I hope it will be effective after one month!

羡慕!!!

要是能这么吃就好了!可是我不喜欢运动!怎么办?

郑欣宜的减肥食谱:

早 餐 果酱三明治 + 脱脂奶

午 餐 玉米肉丝饭 + 菜 (走油)

下午茶 水果一个

晚 餐 杂菜汤 + 牛扒配焖薯/意粉 + 健怡汽水

小 吃 低脂乳酪

我建议有意瘦身的人士先选择20种自己最喜爱吃的食物为餐单的项目,再配合营养师所教的搭配安排及烹调方法,在减肥期间以这20种食品搭配出不同的款式,只要饮食均衡,你的饮食也可以像自助餐般多姿多彩。

Day 16

早 餐 玉米片1碗

午 餐 芝士火腿生菜包

下午茶 脱脂爆米花1/2包

晚 餐 时菜扎肉乌冬1碗  

Day 22

早餐 粟米片1碗

午餐 生菜鸡肉比得包

下午茶 健怡可乐

第21节:吃得饱减肥法

早 餐 叉烧包1个(不要肥肉粒)

加钙豆浆1杯

午 餐 吞拿鱼三明治

下午茶 健怡可乐

晚 餐 焖薯1个(小)

鸡肉沙拉(配低脂沙拉酱)

Day 30

早餐 粟米片1碗

午餐 肉酱意粉1/2碗

下午茶粟米片小吃少量

晚餐 鲜虾牛肉饭1碗 杂菜少许 雪耳汤1碗

Day 40

早 餐 馒头4个(配炼奶少许)

加钙豆浆1杯

午 餐 扎肉韭菜乌冬1碗

下午茶 珍珠绿茶1/3杯

晚 餐 肉末通粉1碗 雪梨汤1碗

营养师姐姐却说减肥期间不须完全戒掉煎炸食物,只是不能天天吃,今天吃了就要两三天后才可以再吃,一星期可以吃一至两次!减肥成功之后亦照样,不连续几天或几餐都吃煎炸食物,就不容易致肥了。

营养师姐姐还教了我一个低脂烹调好方法,就是用鸡汤代替油。我现在已改用鸡汤煮食,虽然不及用油烹调那样香口,但味道亦不错,让我可以吃得健康吃得fit

 

恨死自己拉!

9:42:洗衣服洗得快昏过去!还是忍不住吃了个香蕉!恨死自己拉!我为什么要减肥呢!贱呀!!!
有些人不许笑话我!你们也试试看!不吃饭,饿得发抖是什么感觉!不要嘲笑我只有几天热情!谁让你们遗传基因好!不用减肥!谁让我生来就胖!这不是我想要的!没资格嘲笑我!

The first day!

Breakfast and Lunch:

A piece of bread( bake it, and make it hard. It makes me eat slowly!), One yogurt

14:30:  Two bananas

Dinner:

One carrot ( I swear I do not want to eat any more! It is ugly!), egg white of two eggs ( I don't like, but have no choices.), a few vegetables ( it is so old like root!)

20:00: I feel hungry, and have to eat one orange!

It is enough! I can not eat any more! I decide to wash clothes as exercises!

 

Comment: Because I have been eating so much, I feel very hungry  and terrible today. I must bear and make my stomach become smaller! Because I got up late this morning, I have not the breakfast! I know it is defenitely wrong, and I should obey the principle of 少食多餐! I must get up early tommorrow. I hope I can maintain the confidence of losing weight! Cheer on!

组合三:脱脂奶一杯、水煮蛋(不吃蛋黄、1个);
组合四:燕麦片冲剂一杯、苹果一个;
组合五:低糖酸奶一杯、胡萝卜(生吃、适量);
组合六:少糖豆浆一杯、水煮蛋(不吃蛋黄、1个);
组合七:少糖豆浆一杯、苹果一个;

中餐:(组合选择,亦可自行有机地配搭)
组合一:米饭半碗、蔬菜(水煮、适量)、豆腐(水煮或红烧、适量)、番茄一个;
组合二:米饭半碗、蔬菜(水煮、适量)、鲫鱼(清蒸、适量);
组合三:米饭半碗、蔬菜(水煮、适量)、虾(6条、白灼)或 水煮蛋(不吃蛋黄、1个);
组合四:米饭半碗、苦瓜炒牛肉(牛肉少量,苦瓜适量)、苹果一个;
组合五:米饭半碗、蔬菜(水煮、适量)、鲫鱼萝卜豆腐汤(适量);
组合六:紫菜蛋花汤(适量)、黄瓜一根(生食);
组合七:芹菜炒牛肉(适量)、西红柿一个(生食、适量)、水煮蛋(不吃蛋黄、1个);
晚餐:(组合选择,亦可自行有机地配搭)
组合一:鲫鱼萝卜豆腐汤(少油、适量)、水煮蛋(不吃蛋黄、1个)、蔬菜沙律(适量);
组合二:绿豆粥(一小碗)、洋葱炒鸡肉(肉少量、少油、适量)、黄瓜一根(生食);
组合三:玉米粥(一小碗)、小馒头(一个、半两)、黄瓜一根(生食);
组合四:绿豆粥(一小碗)、芹菜炒鸡肉(肉少量少油、适量)、胡萝卜(水煮、适量);
组合五:玉米粥(一小碗)、虾(6个、白灼)、豆腐(水煮或烧炒、适量);
组合六:绿豆粥(一小碗)、馒头(一个、半两)、黄瓜一根(生食);
组合七:玉米粥(一小碗)、蒜拌海带丝 或紫菜蛋花汤(适量)、番茄一个(生食)。

注:一、减肥——应该是个健康的过程。
  二、早餐九分饱,午餐七分饱,晚餐五分饱;请勿为了减肥而过量节食,绝不支持绝食减肥。
 
Because some food can not be find, I will change it appropriately! However, I will not eat rice any more!!! This plane was found by Xiaoming! He is so ruthless! Although he is so fat, he don not do like this with me! I am very sad and hate him!!!

Losing weight!!!

I have not renewed the blog for a long time, because I  always think somethings are too personal and private to be shown to others. However, in order to practise English and supervise myself to lose weight, I decided to write something, including the process and progress.

Firstly, I aplogize for my poor English to my friends! Please help me to correct my writing. Thanks a lot!

Then, I will write my sentiment and any changes in losing weight! Please supervise me!  Thanks again!

It is 2 months from arriving at the UK. Although I know the food of England is terrible, I can not stand the attraction of western food. I have eaten too much sweetmeat! I hate myself! I am a yong girl, who should chase beauty and fashion. Seeing my very fat body, I realise I should indulge myself on longer. I should not give up myself, but must perfect myself! Therefore, my plan to lose weight will start tomorrow. I want show you a differen vivian, especially for Xiaoming. Cheer the victory!!!
